DIE-SINK EDM SCREW THREAD

Cadcamatic can die-sink EDM screw thread. Using planetary die-sink EDM technology we can apply screw thread to just about any metal, no matter how hard the component is. This technology is perfect for repairs (e.g. bolts that are broken off) or to add more holes to workpieces that have already been hardened. We can do this with regular and fine metric screw thread and also with UNC/UNF and pipe thread.
